The report table tracks seven data points per suite. Here’s exactly what each one means and why it matters for your property records.
Floor
Which level of the building the suite is on. Groups multi-floor properties into clear sections for easy reading by floor.
Suite #
The unit identifier — suite number, apartment number, or unit label as assigned by the property. Used for cross-referencing with tenancy records.
Occupancy
The access and tenancy status of the unit at time of inspection. Important for liability and follow-up scheduling.
# of Monitoring Stations
Number of glue boards, snap traps, or bed bug monitors placed in or around the suite during this visit. Tracks deployment density.
Cleanliness
General housekeeping condition of the unit is a key factor in pest pressure and treatment effectiveness.
Damage to the Unit
Whether it is pest damage or other damages, we can document it. Third party documentation can be a useful tool to a property manager saving time and stress.
Infestation Level
A standardized pest activity rating for the suite. This gives property managers or owners the ability to see what is happening in their building at a glance, easily identifying source units and next steps.
